President of Molly Maid®, Inc.
Meg Roberts was named president of Molly Maid, Inc. in 2012 and brings superb leadership, team development, management, and strategic planning skills to the position. An eight-year veteran of Service Brands International®, Meg previously served as vice president of marketing for Molly Maid and Mr. Handyman. To fuel Molly Maid’s growth, Meg focuses on developing great internal talent, attracting exceptional franchise candidates, and partnering with the world-class Molly Maid franchisees for continued shared success.
In late 2012, Meg was featured on an episode of the A&E series “Be the Boss” where two Molly Maid employees were given the opportunity to compete for a franchise. Meg was also recognized in the 2012 edition of the Crain’s Detroit Business “40 Under 40” list. We are proud to have her on our team at Dwyer Group®, a company specializing in service-based franchises.
Meg holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan and a master of arts in advertising research from Michigan State University. She is a Certified Franchise Executive acknowledged by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives. She is also a member of the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Women’s Franchise Committee and Marketing and Technology Committee, and Franchise Update’s Consumer Marketing Board. Outside of the office, Meg enjoys spending time with her two sons.
