Dean was appointed chief information officer for The Dwyer Group® in April 2006. Dean’s vision has transformed the digital landscape of The Dwyer Group. Under his leadership, The Dwyer Group has created new systems to manage information flow and established a new level of online exposure.

Dean provides solutions for all of The Dwyer Group’s information technology needs and connects hundreds of employees in Waco with thousands of franchise owners worldwide.

Before he joined The Dwyer Group, Dean founded and served as president for two information technology companies – Millennium Software Solutions (1980-1992) and DR Solutions, LLC (1992-2005). Riviera earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and business administration from Colorado State University.
