Mark has served as President of Glass Doctor® since July 2004. He currently oversees a team of 147 franchisees, making it one of the fastest growing glass companies in the country. Prior to his current position, Mark owned a Glass Doctor franchise for 13 years and a Mr. Rooter® franchise for 4 years in Tennessee.

From 1999 - 2001, Mark’s Glass Doctor team received the Top Sales Leader of the Year for population under 500,000 and in 2000 was named Franchise of the Year. In 2004, he received the award of Multi-Concept of the Year for overseeing two successful businesses. Mark has also received the Don Dwyer Excellence Award in 2005.

He and his wife Heidi have two children, Matt and Whitney.
