Don Dwyer started our company in 1981 in Waco, Texas with just one brand. Since then, it has grown exponentially. Today, we are the holding company responsible for 11 different franchise organizations—all service-based—in addition to 35 glass stores owned by the company under the brand Portland Glass.

These organizations provide a variety of important services for both residential and commercial clients. We are proud of our brands and the reputation they have for excellent customer service and professionalism. Dwyer Group is represented worldwide, with more than 2,700 franchise owners in nine countries across the globe.

NeighborlyTM is the realization of a long-held Dwyer Group dream to unite all of our brands into one, consumer-facing brand. And, be the brand remarkable enough to become a household name.
